Items can take 5-10 business days to be designed, cut and packaged for shipment.

Shipping Policy

Shipping for smaller items will be shipped via Canada Post letter mail. All larger items will be shipped via expedited post. Once the item has been dispatched we cannot help with item locations. Due to Covid-19 and the lower mainland floods, shipping may take longer than usual.

 

Refund Policy

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
